RETURNS & REFUNDS

Thank you for shopping with GlamBox Nails. We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return or refund in accordance with the policy below.

RETURNS

To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. Returned items must be in the same condition as received, unused, and free from damage.

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to request a Return Address. Once the return address is provided, securely package the item in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase.

In some cases, return shipping may be free of charge. If the return is not due to an error on the part of GlamBox Nails, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow up to 14 days from the date we receive your returned item for processing. Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your card issuer. You will be notified by email once your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Perishable items
  • Intimates
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Digital products

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us through our Support Center so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
